📍 Location & Parking

Downtown Fairfax parking can be tricky, but there are lots of spots within a 2–10 minute walk of the park. 

🚻 Bathrooms

There are three public restroom areas:

  • Police Station (next to Town Hall)

  • Bolinas Park – one porta-potty near the food trucks

  • Ballfield – bathrooms by the snack shack

🎶 At Bolinas Park

Main Stage, Food, Wine & Beer Garden

  • Beer & Wine Booth — Bring your own reusable cup. We will have recyclable cups.

  • Food Trucks:

Plenty of nearby restaurants too for salads, pizza, burgers, sushi, mexican, pasta and more!.

🛼 At the Pavilion Parking Lot

Activities

  • 5:00 PM: Skateboarding Lesson at the Skate Park

  • 5:00–9:00 PM: Roller skating at Pavilion Parking Lot

Roller Rink, Activities & Family Fun

  • A glowing pop-up roller rink — with disco ball, fluorescent tape, and blacklights

  • DJ Don — Local favorite spinning the groove

  • Oyster Bar — Fresh oysters on-site

  • Skate Rentals — Limited pairs from Skate Escape Marin (bring your own if you can!)

  • Lemonade Stand — Sweet & simple refreshment

  • Bobbing for Apples — Free game with prizes for kids

  • First Aid Station — Located at the Pavilion lot near the rink

The Fairfax Chamber BBQ is coming up on Saturday, October 2 at Bolinas Park, and we’re making it BIG this year — live music, great food, family fun, and activities that draw crowds downtown.

Live music by TBD, fresh oysters, skate the streets and win raffle prizes — all set against the backdrop of Fairfax’s redwoods and fall colors.
