Hosted by
The Lodge
1573 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Fairfax, CA
The Lodge will have a private area set aside for us and will provide a couple of share plates. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Come for a drink, meet some people, and bring your ideas for Fairfax. Join the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce for an informal business mixer at The Lodge. Meet other local business owners, make some new connections, and help us talk about what’s happening — and what we’d like to see happen — in Fairfax. We’ll also be sharing the Chamber’s new website, upcoming events, and ways local businesses can get involved. Free to attend. Chamber members and non-members are welcome.

The Importance of Being Earnest
We are putting on Oscar Wilde’s most enduring witty play, a farcical comedy that masterfully satirizes Victorian-era superficiality, marriage, and social hypocrisy. Following the themes of social obligations and romance, and showcasing clever repartee, the play highlights how artificiality and deception are used to navigate strict social mores.
Donations are greatly appreciated and keep us performing (all proceeds fund our productions and events).

Fairfax Square Dance
Fairfax Recreation is excited to partner again with community members who brought this idea to our department. Did you know dances were held regularly in the Pavilion since the 1930’s for a variety of fundraising activities and ways to help the community connect. The original building was built in 1875 as a DANCE PAVILION by the railroad. On Saturday, April 25th we are opening the doors to hold a Square Dance Night for all ages. So, grab your family, your partner or come on down by yourself to enjoy what will surely be a festive evening of movement, laughter and joy.

Attention Restaurants
We are cooking up a new idea for early 2026 — a Soup Walk that would invite the community to sample seasonal soups from local restaurants and cafés while strolling through town.
Email me to find out more about participating! 2 walkable areas in Downtown Fairfax and Sir Francis Drake/ Center Blvd area
If you are not open from 2-6 PM, please have staff available to serve soup. The timing was intentional to avoid the lunch and dinner rush.
The concept:
Each participating business would offer a small 4 oz sample of soup to wristbband holders
Park & Rec provides the supplies - wristbands, compostable bowls, and spoons. Includes map.
Get free marketing and give customers a fun way to engage
The event would be walkable, cozy, and community-focused
We’d promote it through Chamber marketing and invite locals to vote for their favorite
In February, when things are quieter, and soup sounds perfect
Please participate and email minna@fairfaxchamberca.com to get looped in. Let's make something delicious together. 🍜
