Fairfax Brewing Company

Fairfax Brewing Company is the town's first branded beer label, occupying a Center Boulevard location with a quarter-century history as a Fairfax brewing hub — previously home to Ross Valley Brewing, Iron Springs Pub & Brewery, and Hen House Brewing. The launch of Fairfax Brewing marks a new chapter, with a locally owned and operated team committed to the community spirit that has always defined this space.

Driving the culinary side is chef Dan McGarry, a Fairfax native who grew up just blocks from the brewery. His experience at Duke's in Huntington Beach and Guy Fieri Signature Restaurants brings a seasoned hand to the kitchen, with a menu of food designed to complement the rotating selection of craft beers on draft.

The brewery has made an intentional choice to create a TV-free environment, keeping the focus on the beer, the conversation, and the company. It's a craft beer experience rooted in quality, community, and a genuine love of the town of Fairfax.
