FOX PIZZA

Fox Pizza is a husband-and-wife artisan sourdough pizza operation run by Jeff and Anna Fox, born from a deep love of pizza, wine, and community. What began as a side-hustle pop-up has grown into a full catering business — and soon, a permanent Fairfax neighborhood restaurant opening in summer 2026.

Jeff crafts each pizza using an organic flour sourdough starter he has been nurturing for over five years, slow-fermented for flavor, texture, and digestibility. He draws inspiration from legendary pizza makers including Bonci's Pizzarium and John's of Bleecker, topping his pies with fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. The menu honors the classics — perfect cheese, pepperoni, sausage — while rotating in creative seasonal specials for the adventurous eater.

Find Fox Pizza popping up at local wineries, breweries, and community events across Marin nearly every weekend, or book them to cater your next private event. The upcoming Fairfax restaurant will offer both easy takeout and relaxed dine-in, along with low-intervention California wines.
